Veteran entertainer Des O'Connor will be joining the cast of Dreamboats & Petticoats at the Playhouse Theatre from 3rd October 2011. He will play the roles of Older Bobby and Phil - Bobby's Dad, who runs the youth club around which the production is based. These are the same roles played by pop singer Tony Christie last year.
