A musical that will rock your world

There are some West End musicals that are simply perfect in every sense and have the ability to run and run, continually drawing in new and enthusiastic audiences. One such show is We Will Rock You. This creation goes from strength to strength at the Dominion Theatre and, if you are thinking of booking a show in London, this is well worth considering.

So far, the musical has been seen by more than five million people and it still receives standing ovations every night.

The story unfolds in a futuristic setting on a place once called Earth. Globalisation is complete and people all tune into the same films, don the same clothing and have the same thoughts. Meanwhile, the Company Computers generate the music and all the children download it. And, to stop people making their own sounds, instruments are band.

However, resistance is growing and a man named Galileo steps forward to attempt to Break Free.

The creation was put together by writer Ben Elton and legendary rock group Queen, 32 of whose songs feature in the show. Among the incredible tunes that are performed are Killer Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody and Radio Ga Ga. With music like that, it's simply impossible to go wrong!
